The Human Resources (HR) Advisor Lead is a senior level position responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi.**Responsibilities**:- Advise and influence all levels of management on people management and leadership with a focus on performance management, organizational development and effectiveness, and management effectiveness- Analyze existing organizational structure and suggest solutions to better align people resources with business strategy- Partner with business leaders and HR Specialist areas to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures in support of Citi’s HR goals- Lead Change Management initiatives, interpret HR strategies necessary to deliver business results and drive the alignment of goals, work, and communication across the organization- Utilize new HR expertise and capability to lead change management initiatives and facilitate organization change, as needed- Improve HR capability by partnering with other members of the HR team to develop and implement new and/or improved programs and processes- Assess and diagnose business problems and identify opportunities to facilitate the development of solutions- Manage business and HR projects/initiatives as well as represent HR in cross-function initiatives**Qualifications**:- 6-10 years of relevant experience- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Requisitos Obligatorios:1. Manejo Avanzado de Bases de Datos:- Dominio de herramientas de bases de datos.2. Excel Intermedio-Avanzado:- Capacidad para utilizar funciones avanzadas de Excel, manejo intermedio de tablas dinámicas, macros.- Experiência previa en reportes automatizados y visualización de datos en Excel.3. Análisis Numérico:- Fuerte capacidad analítica y experiência en el análisis de datos cuantitativos.- Capacidad para interpretar y presentar datos de manera coherente para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.4. Bilingüe Español-Inglés:- Fluidez total tanto en español como en inglés, escrito y oral.Requisito Deseable:1.
