Your role at Clorox:
Play a key role in brand /category projects for Dilutables, a growth vector for North LATAM Business. Lead Costa Rica & Puerto Rico Marketing plans.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Category Deep Dives, driving understanding of key variables impacting Brand.
- Responsible to update critical relevant metrics (Innovation / SOM / Monthly results).
- Lead local initiatives for Costa Rica & Puerto Rico in partnership with multifunctional teams.
- Support Brand Manager in planning and forecasting processes and category / brand insights.
What we look for:
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience on Marketing
- Project Management experience, ideally in Multinational companies.
- English: Proficient speaker and writer
- Computer: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Syndicated Data - Nielsen (nice to have)

Education Level/Degree:
- Marketing degree / Business or Engineering or Equivalent Experience
