Join us to #IgniteYourCareer **Your role at Clorox**:Play a key role in brand /category projects for Dilutables, a growth vector for North Latam Business. Lead Costa Rica & Puerto Rico Marketing plans.**In this role, you will**:- Lead Category Deep Dives, driving understanding of key variables impacting Brand- Responsible to update critical KPIs (Innovation / SOM / Monthly results)- Lead local initiatives for Costa Rica & Puerto Rico in partnership with multifunctional teams.- Support Brand Manager in planning and forecasting processes and category / brand insights.**What we look for**:**Experience Required**- +2 years of Marketing / Project Management experience ideally in Multinational companies.- English: Fluent speaker and writer- Computer: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Syndicated Data - Nielsen (nice to have)**Skills and Abilities**:- Strong Analytical Skills- Results Driven- Proactivity- Team working- Leadership and influence- Project management experience**Education Level/Degree**:- Marketing degree / Business or Engineering / Equivalent Experience**We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we know you don’t need a degree to succeed.
