**This role mandates full-time presence in HERMOSILLO SON. MEX. (NOT REMOTE)**:

- Seeking a Client Care Coordinator who embodies motivation, organization, and compassion.
- The primary liaison for clients post-case establishment, ensuring seamless progression of immigration cases through updates, inquiries handling, and concern resolution.
- Strong emphasis on communication proficiency, empathy, and collaborative aptitude across various teams.
- Crucial role in upholding high client satisfaction levels and providing unwavering support throughout clients' immigration journey.

**Compensation**:
$21,000 month MXN

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main liaison for clients, guiding them from the start to the resolution of their cases.
- Ensure clients have realistic expectations by clearly outlining case timelines and next steps.
- Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to meet case milestones promptly.
- Proactively resolve client issues to uphold the firm's reputation for exceptional service.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive client records in the case management system.
- Be readily available to respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries in the Customer Service Incoming Call Queues.

**Qualifications**:

- Full-time on-site availability in HERMOSILLO, SON., MEX is required for this position.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and experienced in working with case management systems or CRM tools.
- Skilled in identifying, addressing, and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
- Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple cases and client communications simultaneously.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in client records and legal documents.
- Capable of providing emotional support to clients in stressful legal situations while remaining composed and professional.
- Possess cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of the immigrant experience to relate to clients from various backgrounds.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with the legal team and other departments for a smooth and efficient case process.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while delivering high-quality client service and maintaining accuracy.
