**SAP Application Support Lead**:

- **Your expertise will help maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our SAP environment, enhancing user satisfaction and operational excellence.**:

- **You will need to collaborate with the team, bridging business requirements with technical skills. You'll determine when users need basic support versus when system modifications or enhancements are necessary.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Incident Management
- Monitor system performance and user access, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
- Technical Expertise
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and support processes
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP support workflow.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce incident recurrence.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, QM are preferred) and their functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus
