**SAP Application Support Analyst**:
the Americas region (9 plants in the US, Mexico and Brazil).
- Your expertise will help maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our SAP environment, enhancing user satisfaction and operational excellence.
- You will need to collaborate with the team, bridging business requirements with technical skills. You'll determine when users need basic support versus when system modifications

or enhancements are necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Incident Management**
- Monitor system performance and user access, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
- Technical Expertise
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and support processes
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP support workflow.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce incident recurrence.
- Conduct basic training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of SAP functionalities.
- Participate in testing of new functionalities and system upgrades, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, security and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement in the SAP environment.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, QM are preferred) and their functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus
