Staff High Speed Engineer

**Short Description**
- Strong engagement with the Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering teams.
- Operational Strategy and Organizational Development: Contribute on the operational strategy and develop the organization in support of business strategy, managing complex organizations with multiple sub-functions.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the successful transfer of new products
- LEANPD Driven New Product Development: Strong player a pivotal role in LEANPD driven new product development projects, ensuring strong impact and adherence to Lean principles throughout the process.
- Process and Expertise: For High-Speed products serve as high level process leader for cutting, stamping, molding, cable assembly, or other TE manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance for quality and output
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong engagement with Product Development Engineering, Program Management, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**What your background should look like**:
- Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Work experience on high-speed cable manufacturing, specifically cable assemblies for data centers, AI, and supercomputing include cable form factors such as OSFP, QSFP, and QDD.
- Deep knowledge, accountability in the area and track record of driving operational efficiencies and organizational objectives. - Experience to influence and gain acceptance from others, both internally and externally.
- Experience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage change.
- Demonstrated experience to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions / Proven and effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with applicable systems (SAP, TLM, CAD etc.) and familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
