**Short Description**- Strong engagement with the Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering teams.- Operational Strategy and Organizational Development: Contribute on the operational strategy and develop the organization in support of business strategy, managing complex organizations with multiple sub-functions.- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the successful transfer of new products- LEANPD Driven New Product Development: Strong player a pivotal role in LEANPD driven new product development projects, ensuring strong impact and adherence to Lean principles throughout the process.- Process and Expertise: For High-Speed products serve as high level process leader for cutting, stamping, molding, cable assembly, or other TE manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance for quality and output- Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong engagement with Product Development Engineering, Program Management, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.**What your background should look like**:- Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred.- Work experience on high-speed cable manufacturing, specifically cable assemblies for data centers, AI, and supercomputing include cable form factors such as OSFP, QSFP, and QDD.- Deep knowledge, accountability in the area and track record of driving operational efficiencies and organizational objectives. - Experience to influence and gain acceptance from others, both internally and externally.- Experience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage change.- Demonstrated experience to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions / Proven and effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Experience with applicable systems (SAP, TLM, CAD etc.) and familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month**Experience**:- High speed cable: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
