We are seeking Senior Manual QA Testers at to become part of our team. As a QA Tester, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your role will involve creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards in software quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute manual tests to identify defects and issues
- Document test findings and collaborate with the development team
- Participate in review sessions to understand user stories and requirements
- Maintain documentation of test results for future reference
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize testing activities

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in manual testing
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month
