**Job Title**: Intake Specialist

**Position Summary**:
The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in creating a positive first impression for clients and ensuring the smooth collection and processing of essential information. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong administrative capabilities, and experience working in healthcare or a similar intake-related field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather, verify, and input client information accurately into internal systems
- Assess client needs and direct them to the appropriate services or personnel
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and follow-up
- Manage and organize client records and documentation
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in an intake, customer service, or administrative role
- Prior experience in healthcare, human services, or a related field strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and empathy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- US Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Intake Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
