Gates Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Global Sourcing Analyst at our Center of Excellence in Santa Fe, Mexico. This is a key role in our growing IT Global Services (ITGS) team. This position is full-time, permanent, and is salaried with standard work hours, and requires no travel. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

The Global Sourcing Analyst position supports all Gates facilities worldwide. The position focus is to maintain the tools used to track contracts and supplier relationships in IT Global Sourcing to include ITGS shared drive, Consultant Resource Log (CRL), Software Maintenance Log, DocuSign administration, ITGS Savings Log and Contractor eUSR requests.

**What You'll Do**
- Asist with the software license and asset management process to support proper tracking and renewal of maintenance contracts.
- Data analysis for software assets to support contract negotiations and processing maintenance renewals to meet business needs and enable cost savings.
- Support Contract Specialist in maintaining the Consultant Resource Log (CRL) and approve all eUSR requests for provisioning and deprovisioning IT contractors based on Statement of Work (SOW) terms.
- Work with Contract Specialist to update the cost savings log, rate cards, and pre-contract supplier security surveys.
- Perform contract administration support tasks including managing the DocuSign signature process in compliance with the DOA for full contract execution and support the development of the weekly CIO signature report
- Store all fully executed contracts in the IT Contracts directory to enable easy access for contract reviews.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 3 years of progressive administrative experience
- Minimum of 1 year IT or contract administration experience
- Minimum of 1 year of data and tool management experience
- Prioritization and organizational skills to execute and manage many tasks concurrently
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Ability and experience with performing data and cost analysis
- Knowledge of IT disciplines to include Infrastructure and Applications
- Facilitation skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to meet both short term and long-term deadlines
- Self-motivated, confident and detail-oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 4-year university degree (equivalent work experience can be substituted for educational requirements)
- 5+ years directly related experience with a focus on IT contracts
