**The Role**:
We are looking for a Regional Director to manage the PC&L activities for a $3.4B business spanning 28 manufacturing facilities across the US, Mexico, and Brazil.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the development and implementation of company-wide supply chain logistics and information technology strategies, supporting overall company objectives
- Manage all contract proposal, project scope, integration configuration activities to deliver technical solutions
- Participating actively in forums and conventions, representing the company as a high performance, results driven and trustworthy organization
- Participate in opportunity validation and qualification in support of the companies’ strategic initiatives
- Accurately estimate the number of human resources and the necessary tools required to accomplish the deliverables outlined in strategic plans involving supply chain logistics and information technology activities
- Understand the financial implications and develop ROI analysis, for current and proposed strategic investments
- Provide periodic updates to company management and board outlining the accomplishments and challenges faced by his or her areas of responsibility
- Responsible for hiring, managing and leading a cadre’ of employees to carry out his or her supply chain logistics and information technology vision
- Sets expectations, holding employees accountable for accomplishing objectives
- Evaluating performance of all report directs and at the same time making sure they are evaluating their team in a timely and consistent manner
- Support the entire organization by presenting a clear and compelling supply chain logistics and information technology vision to both internal and external stakeholders
- Challenge suggested technical solutions and ensure that innovative technologies are operationally understood prior to introduction
- Oversee talent development in the area of skills assessment, on-boarding new employees, development of training programs to encourage employee growth and perpetuate a learning environment, and cultivate the next generation of company leadership

**Major Job Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics and Information Technology supporting high volume distribution
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proven success in defining technology requirements in a high-volume growth company
- Previous involvement in systems interface documentation, warehouse processes, and optimization of processes
- Previous experience in designing and implementing a supply chain logistics strategy
- Direct account / customer management experience
- Direct project management experience
- Experience with project implementation
- P&L responsibility
