**Job Description** What can you expect from the role?**
Reporting to our People Director, you'll support specific cohorts in the business with the vision of leveraging our skills, confidence and enhancing our own superpowers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and Capability cross-functional teams to offer strategic and tactical direction on a wide range of talent-related topics.
- Identify and handle employee relations quickly and sensitively, exercising good judgment and discretion.
- Leverage data and insights to facilitate meaningful talent management discussions with people leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable with navigating ambiguity with autonomy, and taking ownership in determining the next step forward with sound judgment in alignment with organizational philosophy.
- Becoming a trusted resource for employees (across all assigned locations)
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback, employee development, and career pathing.
- Involvement in cultural initiatives that directly impact our culture.
- Demonstrate flexibility and promptnesses in undertaking ad hoc projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- In-depth experience dealing with complex employee relations cases, with the ability to interpret and explain employment law.
- 5+ years of experience in the role of an HR Manager or Business Partner
- Commercial and negotiation awareness

- Experience developing innovative HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
- Willingness to participate in the implementation of global and local projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
