**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop standard work systems.
- Balance manufacturing lines based on time and movement recording studies.
- Execute continuous improvement activities in multifunctional teams.
- Guarantee the use of continuous improvement tools for the implementation of projects.
- Develop and implement new products and processes.
- Document manufacturing processes according to our document control system.
- Ensure the training of new manufacturing processes for operational personnel.
- Work with Sr. Engineer on the coordination of production lines or machinery.
- Investigate and plan investment projects for new technologies.
- Execute manufacturing samples for external clients.
- Ensure compliance with the specifications of our clients.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.
- Review order backlog to ensure that production method is in placed (tools, CT, fixtures routing steps, etc)

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
**Experience**: 1 year of experience in process engineering or manufacturing related role
**English level**: Intermediate English.

**Technical Skills**
- Lean (Basic - Intermediate).
- Balancing Lines (Basic - Intermediate).
- Basic knowledge of Minitab.
- Management of Design Tools could be Solid Work or Inventor (Basic - Intermediate)
- Geometric Tolerances & interpretation of drawings (Basic - Intermediate)
- Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, or AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of tools for problem solving.
- Desirable Experience in Equipment / Product Transfers.
