**Warehouse Manager Job Description**

**Requirements**:

- College Graduate
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
- Bilingual
- USA visa
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Available to work extended hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and overseeing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehoused
- goods.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of staff.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition of assets
- Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients.
- Managing budgets
