Como parte del equipo de manufactura, usted es la fuerza impulsora detrás de la creación de nuestros productos de cocina y baño. Trabajarás de manera práctica con los productos, desde el manejo de la materia prima hasta el envío de una pieza completa. Usted es responsable de garantizar que todos los productos se ensamblen y fabriquen correctamente para brindar a los clientes una experiência sólida y constante. El conocimiento y la atención a todos los protocolos de seguridad es una parte esencial para mantener nuestras operaciones de fabricación segura y eficiente.
Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Seguimiento y evaluación de 5 S´s del área productiva
- Realización de muestreo de tiempos y movimientos
- Identificación de áreas con desperdicios (MURA)
- Identificación y balanceo de líneas para reducción de variabilidad (MURA)
- Identificación y balanceo de líneas para reducción de sobrecarga (MURI)
- Evaluación de mejoras y validación de ahorros en contraloría.
- Generación de reportes y presentación de proyectos
Requisitios:
Knowledge - Conceptos básicos de Lean Manufacturing/ Las 5´S/ Los 7 Desperdicios/ MURA/MUDA/MURI/ Definir y Medir Proyectos
Education
- Ingeniería
Experience
- 1 año mínimo de experiência en puesto similar deseable
