Part of the manufacturing team, you are the driving force behind the creation of our kitchen and bath products. You will work hands-on with the products themselves, from the handling of raw materials to the shipping of a completed piece. You are responsible for ensuring that all products are properly assembled and manufactured to bring customers a consistently strong experience. Knowledge and attention to all safety protocols is an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operations safe and efficient.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Develop the designs of the processes applicable to the ceramic piece production facilities.
- Responsible for identifying and monitoring the critical variables of the ceramic process.
- Record the relevant operational events and report them clearly and accurately in order to maintain and

avoid deviations to the processes.
- Carry out containment actions to prevent non-conforming product from being produced.
- Participate in the daily shift start-up meetings and report on the findings found and the corrective,

preventive and/or containment actions to follow.
- Comply with the monitoring of the operations of their assigned area through gembas for monitoring the

defined critical variables.
- Documentation and monitoring of department tests focused on improving KPIs.
- Support the implementation of the environmental system
- Actively support compliance with the environmental system policy
- Accept and actively participate in the environmental system process
- Support compliance with controls and opportunities, and monitoring of risks and opportunities
- Comply with the roles and responsibilities of the quality management system described in the

document. Requisitios:
Educación: Industrial engineering or industrial technician.
Experience: 1 Year in Production or Quality Areas
Training:
a) ISO 9001-2015 Standard
b) Audit System
c) RCAs, analytical approach
d) Management of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
