**What the Logistics Coordinator II does at Worldwide**

As a Logistics Coordinator II you will be responsible for coordination of customs clearance and transportation.

**What you will do**
- Preparation of the documents for obtaining import/export authorizations
- Arranging reviewing and approving of documents for anticipated import shipments with the shipper
- Approval of anticipated export shipments with the consignee
- Preparation of documents package for customs clearance of import shipment
- Preparation of documents package for transportation and customs clearance of export shipment
- Arranging notifications about status of ongoing shipments to project teams and depot, when required

**What you will bring to the role**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to work under pressure

**Your experience**
- Higher education
- English language (upper intermediate written and spoken)
