Mexico Business Events (MBE) is seeking an Event Logistics Coordinator. Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual with a passion for creating exceptional business events? We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in planning and executing successful corporate events. As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our business events, ensuring their seamless execution, and enhancing the overall experience for attendees and stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:- Event Planning and Logistics:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.- Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.- Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event services and supplies.- Oversee event logistics, including catering, transportation, accommodation, and audio-visual arrangements.- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations for each event.- Budget Management:- Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.- Track expenses and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting.Suggest cost-saving measures without compromising event quality.*Attendee Management:- Coordinate event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.- Ensure a smooth check-in and registration process on the event day.- On-site Event Management: Oversee event set-up and tear-down, ensuring everything runs as planned.- Act as the point of contact for vendors, guests, and internal staff during the event.Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and make real-time adjustments to ensure a successful event.*Post-Event Evaluation:- Collect feedback from attendees, sponsors, and stakeholders to evaluate event success.- Analyze data and produce post-event reports highlighting key insights and areas of improvement.How to apply?**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Business Coordinator or in a similar event management role.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.- Creativity and a keen eye for detail to ensure events are unique and memorable.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicosTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadLugar de trabajo: In person
