**Job Title**: Inside Sales Representative - Customer Growth & Acquisition

**Position Summary**:
An Inside Sales Representative for a coated abrasives converter plays a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities with existing accounts, and proactively seeking new business. This role requires:

- The ability to understand customer needs, follow up on open quotes, and coordinate with technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- A self-driven and organized approach to pipeline management, prospecting, and lead conversion to support overall sales growth and business development objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a customer-facing role in manufacturing or distribution.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of sales cycle management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing, especially abrasives or tooling.
- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and account-based selling.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate sales data and market trends to inform outreach strategies.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to expand their career in industrial sales by building strong customer relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of Pasco Abrasives.

Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
