We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated **Customer Service/Sales Representative** to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**Your Impact**In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to help them regain financial stability by providing expert advice on their financial situation. Your contributions will directly impact our clients' financial freedom while helping Equivity maintain its standing as a leader in the industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Manage inbound calls from high-quality, pre-screened leads- Prospecting and following up on past qualified leads- Assist clients with understanding their financial situation- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic, clear, and accurate communication- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve strategies for client success and retention**What We’re Looking For**:- Experience in inside sales/call center environment for financial services preferred- Experience in debt settlement, student loan relief is a plus- Sales experience a plus- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to manage high-volume calls and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude- English 90%- Previous experience in phone sales or customer service is required**What We Offer**:- Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 MXN Pesos per month- ** Commission Opportunity**: Earn up to **MX$20,000** in additional commissions starting in the 3rd month- Full-time position- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member’s contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.Let’s achieve great things together at EquivityE04JI802n1q24079e58
