- Analista de Capital Humano- Es responsable de realizar labores de nível profesional cuyo propósito es la realización de diagnósticos de cultura y efectividad organizacional, soporte al desarrollo del recurso humano, ayuda en el manejo de cambio organizacional, participación en programas de vida y carrera y coordinación de los programas de capacitación y desarrollo de personal**Escolaridad**:Licenciatura en Psicología, administración o afín.

**Idiomas**:Inglés 80%
**Experiência: 3 años de experiência en manejo de grupos de trabajo.**

- Manejo de sistemas de detección de necesidades.

- Manejo de técnicas y métodos didácticos actualizados.
- Diseño, implementación y evaluación de eventos de capacitación y desarrollo
