Plans, organizes, directs and controls the recruitment, selection and training processes, solves conflicts and problems to maintain good labor relations, as well as retains the staff through motivation in conjunction with various areas to achieve the objectives in common of the company.

Experiência y requisitos

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field. - A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. - English Language (70-80%) - Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. - Good understanding of the full recruitment process. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Solid problem-solving and team management abilities. Preferred Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Complete know-how of MS office suite - Good organizational skills - Skills to multitask efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment - Ability to work in a challenging workspace - Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills - Great attention-to-detail - Complete understanding of HR digital tools - Sound knowledge of human resources management software - Know-how of employee payrolling system
