**The Company**

Galactic Holdings is a project that started in 2019, oriented to the Latin American market. We are building a new type of digital financial ecosystem which includes a wallet (TruBit), a cryptocurrency exchange (TruBit pro) and a stablecoin (Moneta Digital).

Our goal is to be the bridge that drives mass adoption to the Blockchain world so that our users can enjoy all the benefits it has to offer.

**The Role**

The Product Marketing Specialist role, is crucial to the business as a leading channel in digital marketing activities. It is a key activity for the retention of our users.

**Responsibilities**
- Constantly monitor website and mobile app statistics to analyze user behavior.
- Analyze social media statistics to follow up on the fulfillment of objectives.
- Analyze trends in the industry to detect areas of opportunity in our communication.
- Analysis of the user journey of the competition.
- Continuous use of our platforms to detect areas of opportunity in communication with our users.
- Communication of creative requirements for Design Team as and when required.

**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analysis or similar field.
- 1 year experience in mail automation (ActiveCampaign desirable or any of the following tools Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Fluent English written and verbal skills.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement.
- High level of attention to detail and structure.
- Adaptable, working well in a constantly changing environment.
- Experience in the crypto sector is a plus.
