El HRA trabaja estrechamente con los equipos de RH y liderazgo del sitio para garantizar una excelente experiência para nuestros asociados y gerentes.

En este rol, usted:
Colaborará estrechamente con los líderes de RH y del negocio para comprender sus necesidades y proporcionar soporte de sistemas.
Mantendrá registros precisos y actualizados de empleados y datos del sistema de RH.
Producirá informes detallados y análisis para impulsar la toma de decisiones informada.
Contribuirá a la mejora continua de las políticas, procesos y prestación de servicios de RH.

Key job responsibilities
Validación de Datos

Revisar regularmente los registros de empleados, datos de contacto, títulos de trabajo y otra información relevante para mantener la integridad de los datos.

Informes PXT

Producir informes completos de RH y análisis de datos, incluyendo métricas clave de rendimiento como ausentismo, rotación y número de empleados.

Mejora Continua

Promover la mejora continua en la gestión y documentación de los sistemas de RH.

Cumplimiento

Proporcionar información gerencial precisa y oportuna, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procesos de la empresa, los requisitos de protección de datos y las mejores prácticas para el mantenimiento de los sistemas y registros de RH.

- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High school or equivalent
