**NOMBRE DEL PUESTO**: Generalista de Relaciones Laborales (Nível Coordinador)

**EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA**:

- 4 a 5 años de experiência en Relaciones Laborales y de 1 a 3 años en puestos a nível Coordinador, Supervisor o Jefatura o bien 5 ó más años como Analista Sr o Especialista Sr.
- Experiência en Negociaciones Sindicales: Cuotas, vacaciones, contrato colectivo, estrategia en conjunto con despacho de abogados, cálculo de negociaciones, tabulador sindical, evaluación de posiciones.
- Indispensable experiência en investigación de casos laborales y en redactar actas administrativas e informes.
- Conocimiento sólido en LFT, Nom035, conocimiento jurídico y preparación de documentos para casos en Secretaría del Trabajo.
- Se requiere estar actualizado en Reformas Laborales.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Negociación con Secretaría del Trabajo
- Proceso de desvinculación laboral (finiquitos y liquidaciones)
- Realizará liquidaciones en todos los níveles.
- Entrevistas de salida
- Conocimiento de conceptos de finiquito y liquidación de todos los níveles (revisión en conjunto con nominas antes de entregarlo)
- Planeación y estrategia laboral, se evalúa con Gerente de RH
- Actualización de la presentación corporativa demográficos de la compañía (edad, genero, para entregar reporte a corporativo)
- KPI Rotación, Ausentismo, Retención, Accidentes laborales, Satisfacción del empleado, índice de cumplimiento de normas y regulaciones
- A cargo del presupuesto anual del comedor y gastos sindicales
- Administración de proveedores externos en relación a su puesto
- Tendrá a su cargo 2 plantas ubicadas en San José Iturbide, Gto. con aproximadamente 370 sindicalizados.
- Sindicato CTM
- Supervisará un Analista de Relaciones Laborales en forma directa
- Reportará en línea directa al Gerente de Recursos Humanos y en Línea punteada al Gerente de RH Latam.

**EDUCACIÓN**: Titulado preferentemente en la carrera de Administración, Psicología, sin embargo, puede tener cualquier carrera universitaria si cuenta con la experiência e inglés requerido.

**IDIOMAS**: 80% a 100% (obligatorio)

**LUGAR DE RESIDENCIA**: San José Iturbide, Gto. o Querétaro.

**EXPERIENCIA EN SOFTWARE**: Office (Excel, Power point)

**SUELDO BASE**: $45,000 a $50,000 + Bono Anual + Fondo de Ahorro con tope legal + Vales de Despensa con tope legal +Seguro de Vida + Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores + Prestaciones superiores a la ley
