**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop and train machine learning models using Google's AI stack, including AI Agent Studio, Gemini and Vertex AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI solutions like a Sales team assistant for client call summarization and a document base analyzer for tracking changes in products or strategies
- Seamlessly integrate trained machine learning models into our current toolset
- Write and maintain clean, efficient code in Python and ideally Java to support model integration and deployment
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of deployed models continuously, adapting to the changing needs of the business
- Stay abreast of latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to foster innovation within the team

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in ML/AI Engineering
- Proven experience in training and deploying machine learning models using Google's AI stack (AI Agent Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI)
- Programming proficiency in Python
- Background in integrating ML models into existing software environments and toolsets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Nice to have**
- Experience in Java
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
