Customer Success Analyst

You are passionate about giving the best customer service. As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be responsible for accompanying the client in the most important process of their life: the purchase of a house through a mortgage loan. You will be the one who is from start to finish with the client from approved leads through our platform to the stage of procedures with a notary to schedule the signature. You will work with the Growth and Customer Success teams to provide the best customer service to obtain a mortgage loan. We need people who are willing to do anything for our customers and who can adapt to new ways of making sales without resistance to change.

**Responsibilities**:
- Own the leads from Mid Funnel to Low Funnel.
- Reflect the progress of leads in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Give feedback to the Growth and Product areas, in order to improve the sales flow.
- Availability to advise the client to obtain a mortgage loan.
