A leading company in Mexico specializing in accounting software is looking for a highly skilled **Product Manager (Analyst)**to join the team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology solutions or digital platforms.
- Fluent technical English.
- Direct experience collaborating with Business Development or Strategy to define revenue and positioning models.
- Experience working in agile teams focused on OKRs or KPIs.
- Previous experience in AI-first startups or scaleups (Nice to Have).

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:

- Solid knowledge of the lifecycle of AI products applied to business, including agents, LLMs, NLP, or recommendation models.
- Ability to perform market analysis, user segmentation, and competitive evaluation in B2B or enterprise contexts.
- Ability to define clear functional requirements and communicate them to engineering, AI, and UX teams.
- Familiarity with product design tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, Miro) and analytics tools (Looker, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of AI pricing models (token-based, tiered usage, performance-based) (Nice to Have).

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products focused on intelligent agents, copilots, and embedded assistants.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs, and monetization opportunities in data-driven platforms.
- Work alongside Business Development to co-create value propositions aligned with B2B and B2B2C customer needs.
- Identify and integrate viable use cases for generative AI and agents in critical processes: automation, recommendation, analysis, interaction.
- Evaluate and define monetization models (API consumption, licensing, data-as-a-service, etc.).
- Lead product discovery processes, hypothesis validation, and interviews with key users.
