**JOB TITLE: TEMPORARY POSITION OF WAREHOUSE MANAGER**
**Department: WAREHOUSE**

Support activities in Warehouse
- Coordinate units in warehouse, (units to be loaded according to authorized curtains, revision of fumigation certificate in unit and that it is clean and without trace of liquids for loading).
- Request curtain opening with security and Supply Chain personnel.
- Coordinate Express Operators (request QR to customer for access, as well as with supply chain, and load process according to waves).
- Perform physical counts of de-allocations to reconcile quantities with supply chain according to status and 1056 files.
- Constant communication with Supply Chain to send 1056 files and close in their system.
- Review floor orders reported by eSW fraud department, return them if applicable to reverse warehouse area.
- Availability to rotate shifts, for night loads.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Support several departments and managers at the same time.**
- Outstanding Service Attitude.
- Proactive.
- Achievement oriented.
- Proactivity / Recursion.
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A minimum of three years administrative support experience, preferably at a professional services firm.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated; self-starter, strong customer service focus.
