Overview Join a leading agroindustry company in Texcoco as our Warehouse Manager. This is your chance to take a pivotal role in overseeing warehouse operations that support the distribution of high-value agricultural products nationwide. Responsibilities Supervise and optimize all warehouse operations in line with company policies and safety standards (receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance). Design and implement inventory control systems to avoid shortages/excess, minimize waste, and ensure accurate counts. Manage operational budgeting, analyzing expenses and applying efficiency measures. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Work closely with procurement and fleet teams. Develop and enforce safety standards, ensuring EHS policy compliance and leading regular training sessions. Promote adoption of warehouse management technologies (WMS, RFID, barcoding). Apply Lean methodology and best practices to enhance productivity and service quality. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff (5-10 direct, 10-15 indirect reports). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Warehouse management certification (desirable). 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably with international experience. Advanced conversational English (C1). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, and ERP (preferably Dynamics AX or 365).
