**ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE OPERATOR (Air Division)**

**Experiência**
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência trabajando para Agencias de Carga Internacional o freight forwarders, operando cotizando y operando embarques **aéreos** de exportación e importación con amplia experiência cortando guías aéreas
- 75% ingles

**Funciones**:
1. Dar seguimiento a embarques aéreos y procesos de despacho aduanal.

2. Realizar cortes de guía de manera ágil

3. Entregar la documentación en terminal aérea por su propio pie, o bien en coordinación con un operativo de campo.

4. Tener conocimiento de manejo de carga peligrosa y perecedera.

5. Conocer la naturaleza y características de cada cliente y las rutas que maneja.

6. Asegurarse de entender puntualmente las características del servicio (Vendido por el área comercial) que debe entregar a cada cliente.

7. Coordinar a los distintos proveedores involucrados en la operación para entregar un servicio eficiente.

8. Coordinar de manera interna los procesos relacionados con el embarque o cuenta a su cargo, que vinculan a otras áreas de la empresa (Solicitudes de pago, facturación, finanzas, ventas, pricing, etc)

9. Comunicar efectivamente al cliente y a los distintos actores involucrados en el embarque.

10. Cumplir con las métricas de logro de objetivos designados por dirección.

11. Identificación de oportunidades que apoyen al crecimiento de la cuenta.

12. Documentar adecuadamente en carpetas electrónicas conforme a nuestro manual, el proceso operativo.

13. Atender a reuniones de seguimiento de embarques y de la cuenta.

**La empresa ofrece**:

- Sueldo bruto mensual de $15,000.00 - 17,000.00 de acuerdo aptitudes.
- Prestaciones de ley
- Beneficios adicionales: Seguros de Vida, de gastos funerarios, de gastos médicos menores etc.

**Horario**:

- Lunes a viernes de 9:00am a 18:00hrs

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: A partir de $15,000.00 al mes

Tipo de jornada:

- Turno de 8 horas
