HR Supervisor

**Position Summary**

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities within the HR department, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with labor regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain adequate staffing levels through effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes aligned with organizational needs.
- Prepare and analyze reports on employee turnover and absenteeism control.
- Participate in and support internal and government audits.
- Coordinate and manage the training matrix to ensure staff development.
- Enforce disciplinary procedures as necessary, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Ensure that employee services and HR processes are delivered in accordance with internal policies.
- Follow up on certification requirements and maintain compliance with external standards.
- Foster open communication across all levels of the organization, building a culture of trust and collaboration through continuous interaction.
- Maintain a positive work environment that supports organizational communication and employee well-being.

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and handling employee relations issues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of government compliance requirements related to HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (required).
