Business Process Analyst 1

Las funciones principales se basan en estratificacion de las acciones para priorizar los esfuerzos enfocados a los diferentes problemas que se presenten en indicadores de procesos (KPI's / KBI's), asi como el liderazgo y seguimiento a las implementaciones de mejora por parte de las diferentes ingenierias (Soportes), estas funciones principalmente requieren un estrecho seguimiento a proyectos de mejora, su ejecucion y seguimiento para asegurar se mantengan los cambios a travez del tiempo. Se requiere un pensamiento de mejora continua y habilidad/conocimiento en la aplicacion de conceptos Lean y aplicacion de herramientas estadisticas basicas. El soportar las iniciativas de las diferentes areas por medio de Coaching para el planteamiento, planificacion y ejecucion de las iniciativas individuales de cualquier colaborador de SANMINA hasta la etapa de Cashing, presentacion a gerencia y el respectivo reconocimiento, fungiendo como facilitador de la metodologia.
