Habilidades esenciales:
Conocimiento de SQL, SSIS/ETL, SSRS y necesita una experiência de soporte de aplicaciones, trabajos por lotes, solución de problemas de ETL/fallas por lotes, incidentes, problemas de usuario/rendimiento
Se requiere habilidad de coordinación y colaboración para trabajar con múltiples equipos como Infraestructura, DBA o Negocios.
Se requiere un buen conocimiento de MS SQL
Fuertes habilidades analíticas para analizar la causa raíz de los fracasos laborales.
Capacidad para proporcionar una solución alternativa para restaurar el servicio fallido
Excelentes habilidades de escucha, comunicación e interpersonales, capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en un entorno de equipo virtual
Excelentes habilidades de coordinación con otros equipos de TI.
Servir de enlace con los clientes y gestionar las expectativas de los clientes sobre la resolución de incidentes
Capacidad para seguir los procedimientos establecidos, emprendedor y asertivo.
Capacidad para trabajar con desarrolladores para implementar los cambios de código.
Capacidad para crear una documentación de aplicación.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno tarde
Buen conocimiento de ITIL
Conocimiento de una herramienta de emisión de tickets (ServiceNow), herramienta de automatización de trabajos Control-M y MS Azure y Databricks
