**Descripción del puesto**:
**Perfil requerido**:
- **Escolaridad**: Ingeniería en Desarrollo de Software, Ingeniería en Sistemas o carrera afín a Tecnología
- **Idioma**: Inglés avanzado (comunicación técnica con proveedores internacionales)
- **Experiência mínima**: 3 años
**Trayectoria deseable**:
- **Conocimiento de aplicaciones móviles o como desarrollador fullstack. (Necesario)**
- Experiência en plataformas de ecommerce (preferentemente Salesforce Commerce Cloud) (deseable)
- Experiência con sistemas de Punto de Venta (POS). (Deseable)
- Familiaridad con servicios AMS, sistemas de tickets y herramientas de monitoreo APM (preferentemente Dynatrace)(deseable)
**Conocimientos clave**:
- Gestión y monitoreo de KPIs en plataformas POS, ecommerce y aplicaciones móviles
- Resolución de problemas técnicos en plataformas omnicanal
- Ejecución de planes de contingencia ante incidentes críticos y caídas de servicio
