**Job Description**:
Objective:
Improve the overall client value and carry out various activities to achieve the best resutls. Ensuring that the efficiency is increased by eliminating the wastes and taking into consideration what are the things that will actually matter rather blindly accepting the existing ideas and practices. Works with the subordinates to develop and implement improvement ideas, thus enhacing the productivity and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Optime use of Lean Manufacturing tools.

2.Continuous Improvement Management to improve value supply chaing.

3.Involvement to reach Manufacturing and Monterrey Site's goals.

4.Execution of Manufacturing Saving Projects

5.Support to improve 3M Execution Model Behaviours across the site

6.Mapping areas where processes/areas where can be develop Continuous Improvements - Lean Manufacturing Proyects to help the 3M Execution Model Maturity.

7.Provide advice - Training on Lean Manufacturing - Continuous Improvement when it is needed.

8.Digital Tools Development to provide a Manufacturing online results

9.Focus to results

Requerimients:
1 - 3 years in Continues Improvement - Lean Manufacturing

Conflicts Management.

Management of Change

Continuous Improvements methodologies

Self driven, projects management

English at least medium level

Windows and Digital Software.
