**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required.
- Lean, Six sigma & Quality Systems knowledge
- 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge in ISO-9000,14000, 31000 & 45000.
- Should demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities
- Travel availability to USA - Frequently. Must have
- Advanced English. Must have

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develops and tests documentation which describes the specific manufacturing functionality.
- Participates and provides some input in project code reviews.
- Maintain updated fixturing, jigs and poka-yokes in all the lines.
- Reviews test results and perform root cause analyses to identify problems.
- Provides recommendations and implements solutions to complex issues.
- Ensures compliance with quality process and standards.
- Makes changes to or upgrades existing mechanical designs.
- Makes and implements recommendations to immediate team to enhance performance and improve productivity.
- Seeks out new tools to analyze and solve problems.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive working relationships internally and externally.
