Education: Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial or so.

English Advanced

**Experience**:
As a technician or engineer Product least 3 years

Knowledge:

- AGILE (Indispensable), ORACLE (Desirable) Knowledge in electronics, engineering changes, MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.
- Product configuration management
- Process deviation from customer
- MRB, PCN
- Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs

**Skills / Capabilities**: Ability To pay Attention to details, Communication, Analytical, Problem Solving, Organized, Work below press, Leadership, To improve, Proactive, Frustration Tolerance, Team Work, Honesty, availability to time.

**Responsibilities**:

- ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system and production floor implementations
- MRB controls
- Product Technicians training development and activities coordination
- To develop continues improvement projects
- To lead and coordinate ECO weekly customer conference calls as well as internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management departments.
