Job Description Technical Software Project Manager
- Remote position

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of Software Project Management experience preferably in e-commerce and/or D2C space
- Strong knowledge and experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Deep involvement in every aspect and stage of SDLC
- Strong understanding of cross-functional communication between Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and Product teams
- Full working hours overlap with California based executive team; ability to work with a geographically distributed team of engineers and other internal as well as external resources
- Ability to break down complex features into more manageable Epics, User Stories, Use Cases
- Gathering requirements and writing tickets for engineering implementation
- Senior level experience with UML tools

**Nice to have**:

- Prior experience in the healthcare space, especially telemedicine
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification will be a plus
- ScrumMaster certification is a plus
- Background in software development and/or Computer Science is desirable
- UX/UX skills with Figma or similar (Invision, Adobe, Axure)

**Daily/Sprint/Quarterly duties**:

- Gather and clarify requirements.
- Determine and escalate priorities.
- Assist in unblocking any stalled work due to cross-functional blockers.
- Translate feature and bug requests into implementable technical tasks.
- Assist in writing tickets and perform acceptance testing in development as well as production environments.
- Backlog grooming.
- In close cooperation with product and engineering resources - coordinate, schedule and facilitate new product releases for assigned technical projects including release planning, daily standup, project reviews and retrospective meetings. Handle oversight and coordination of project timelines, tasks, milestones and deliverables, including prioritizing and managing deadlines and project expectations.
