**Job Description**:
The Collections & Service Specialist will handle collections and direct requests in a fast-paced environment, through the interaction with drivers and staff. This role interacts with a diverse customer base to collect the weekly payment due and to assist with questions, concerns or problems with a focus on first contact resolution, providing exceptional customer service, striving to anticipate and meet the needs of the customer.

Essential Job Functions:

- Contact clients who have outstanding invoices
- Negotiate payment terms and collect payments on time
- Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and client communication
- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Maintain and update customer information regularly and escalate requests to a supervisor when necessary.
- Communicate regularly with teammates on the status of customer accounts and requests.
- Keeping up to date on changes in sales procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications Needed:

- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in collections
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient use of Google Suite, Excel and MS Word Skills.
- The ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills (they will be the front line between our business and our customers).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable with working remotely but has to be living in MX City or surrounding cities
