**Position**:
Business Operations Analyst

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara

**This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.**

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Responds to ticket requests for item set ups, pricing/costing, authorizations and troubleshooting while ensuring SLA's are being met
- Validates proper documentation has been provided to process ticket requests and communicates back to requestor when additional information is needed
- Manages supplier pricefile loads, authorization maintenance and other customer related attributes as needed
- Reviews and maintains process documentation based on Supplier updates
- Performs audit functions as assigned to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance
- Monitors various operational reports and system alerts and takes action as appropriate
- Provides timely issue escalation and proactively communicates to management and impacted stakeholders

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required)
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service
- Strong attention to detail

**Experience / Education**
Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience; a 4 year degree is preferred.

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:
$24,216.67 - $29,333.33 MXN Monthly
