Experiência y requisitos

Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities - Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role. - Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control. - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. - Ability to diagnose and resolve basic and advanced technical challenges. - Proficiency in English. - Good communication skills on both English and Spanish, verbal and written. - Customer-oriented and cool-tempered. - Teamwork. - Ability to interact with colleagues for teamwork as well as end-users to perform customer support. - Able to multitask as well as prioritize. - Positive thinking. - Available for off-hours activities and/or calls. - Willing to learn and keep learning new stuff. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 2+ years of Helpdesk experience (English and Spanish). Windows 10, MacOS support. Cisco Networking experience. Windows Server 2008 - 2019 administration. Office 365 support. iPhone/Android support Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 4+ years of Help Desk experience. Windows 10, MacOS support. 2+ years as Systems administrator. 2+ years of managing Cisco Networking switching, routing. FortiGate firewall. Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop experience. Windows Server 2008 - 2019 setup and administration. Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Office 365 support and administration. VMware vSphere 7+ and VCenter 7+ management.
