**Collections - Noram**:
**SoftwareOne**

Scope: Full Time-Permanent | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid Model
- Provide outstanding internal and external customer service regarding collection matters
- Review for account discrepancies, answer queries, and resolve short/over payments
- Prepare and issue customer refunds
- Work comfortably within excel documents and prepare comments for weekly aging reports
- Document clear and concise notes of collection activity completed
- Communicate & follow up optimally with the sales department regarding resolution of billing discrepancies
- Achieve or exceed defined department goals and activity metrics.

What we need to see from you:

- A Bachelor's Degree in any Business field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and basic office administration procedures.
- MS Office experience including intermediate Excel knowledge is needed.
- Advanced English Level is a must.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
- Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good prioritization and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional demeanor.
- Proficient to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
