This is the basis of our diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:**Collections Noram**:**SoftwareOne**Scope: Full time-Permanent | Office: Ciudad de Mexico | Hybrid- Provide outstanding internal and external customer service regarding collection matters- Review for account discrepancies, answer queries, and resolve short/over payments- Prepare and issue customer refunds- Work comfortably within excel documents and prepare comments for weekly aging reports- Document clear and concise notes of collection activity completed- Communicate & follow up effectively with the sales department regarding resolution of billing discrepancies- Achieve or exceed defined department goals and activity metrics.What we need to see from you:- +1 year Collection experience preferred.- A Bachelor's Degree in any Business field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and basic office administration procedures.- MS Office experience including intermediate Excel knowledge is critical.Why SoftwareOne?:Success at SoftwareOne is not defined by what you do for yourself, but by what you deliver for our customers, the business and for the employees around you.
