**The objective of the position**:
The communication coordinator oversees the creation of promotional materials to build and develop a brand identity and culture. They primarily work in administrative roles and provide support in areas such as marketing, advertising, and media relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize corporate communication channels
- Organize communication flow between the company’s divisions
- Build culture through communication initiatives
- Prepare and publish weekly/monthly/quarterly company and division updates
- Plans communications strategies
- Monitors social media and online platforms
- Coordinate internal brand and corporate activations, and initiatives,
- The job holder needs proven experience in leading the planning and implementing successful communications and engagement strategies and campaigns
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets to secure coverage of company news and events.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring that it effectively communicates our values, services, and expertise
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to strengthen the company's brand identity and increase its visibility across various media channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent Verbal and written skills in Spanish and English
- Degree in communications, marketing, digital or similar
- Excellent abilities to write and communicate in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role is a plus in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Have good interpersonal relationships and the ability to interact with other areas
- Knowledge of MS Office and G Suite
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
