Actualmente buscamos un perfil para la posición de Customer Service Manager para nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Roma Norte. Las funciones principales, ente otras, son:
- Entrada y gestión de pedidos de clientes nacionales:
- Confirmación de entregas.
- Informar en caso de modificación de pedidos, retrasos o falta de stock tanto al cliente como al comercial responsable y al Country Manager.
- Resolución de dudas sobre pedidos.
- Garantizar la actualización de la información.
- Atención al cliente.
- Soporte al departamento comercial.
- Gestión de incidencias.
- Control de stocks de productos, con atención especial en los de mayor rotación
- Revisión diaria de entradas de productos.
- Revisión diaria de pedidos para detectar posibles atrasos e incidencias.
- Solicitud al departamento de compras productos bajo pedido.
Who are we looking for?
- Licenciado en Comercio Internacional, Logística o parecido.
- Experiência previa en atención al cliente de 1 año.
- Inglés hablado y escrito nível medio.
- Persona organizada y proactiva.

- Horario de Lunes a viernes de 9h a 18h. 1 hora para comer.
