The SC Supply Chain Finance Coordinator responsibilities are carried out through independent contribution and high performing collaboration with other members in Business Units, MGS, and Strategic Partners.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Advanced knowledge of Financial Accounting and reporting (US GAAP), including Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
- End user experience with SAP, advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated success in continuous improvement of process and/or technologies. Transformation experience a plus.
- Experience working with others to achieve common goals, including getting results through others.
- Excellent track record in self-development, especially with strong functional/technical competencies.
- Languages: fluent English mandatory, Spanish is differential.
- University Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Responsible for service delivery excellence MGS Finance - Manufacturing/Logistics processes for Argentina and Chile.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial results for all units serviced.
- Provide Insights to Business Units based on information, trends, and analysis of results.
- Ensure compliance with Mars, Inc. and associated controls for processes areas.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLA) and customer expectations for process areas.
- Deliver continuous improvement of cost efficiencies, service excellence, and user experience via process and technology.
- Facilitate effective communications across supported business units.
- Deliver process and service delivery standardization across business units to drive efficiencies.
- Work in close coordination with the Supply Chain Finance Manager on standards, new service offerings and sharing of best practices.
- High performing collaboration and engagement across a team of Finance professionals.
