**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage day-to-day AWS operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of **AWS core services** including **EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, IAM**, and related tools.
- Implement and maintain **monitoring and alerting** frameworks using **CloudWatch** and third-party solutions.
- Coordinate with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Manage **incident, change, and problem management** processes in alignment with **ITSM and ServiceNow** frameworks.
- Drive automation and infrastructure improvements using IaC and scripting where possible.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an **Agile** environment to support business and project objectives.

**Required Qualifications**
- **8+ years** of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, or DevOps roles.
- Strong expertise in **AWS core services** (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
- Experience with **ServiceNow** and ITSM-based operational processes.
- Solid understanding of **monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization**.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a **hybrid setup** and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Nice to Have**
- **AWS Certified SysOps Administrator** or **Solutions Architect** certification.
- Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code** tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience automating operations via **Python** or **Shell scripting**.
- Exposure to **multi-account AWS environments** and cost optimization practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
