What's the role?:

- Take as a parameter the 3C that wants to improve customer, money, and cost relation.
- Identify and lead improvements in the internal processes handled related to ISO audits, PMAs, and Documentation.
- Identify and lead improvement projects within the LDO site on any other teams-processes we support.
- Finish a project in a maximum of 3 months.
- Knowledge of Quality Tools focused on Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement, such as 8D’s, 5 WHYs, FMEAs, and Control Charts.
- Knowledge of Customer Complaints management, with a focus on improvements and strengthening of processes, and process variation trend analysis.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Who are you?:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Industrial, International Engineering, Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
- English language 100%.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish), capable to interact with multiple profiles and personalities.
- Good negotiation and able to work as a team. Highly ethical.
- Good understanding of Problem-Solving & Six Sigma tools.
